Updating your address

If you have recently moved home permanently or if you will be at another address for over a few months, it is important to let us know.

Ways to Update Your Address

Via Online Banking

If you are already registered for online banking, the fastest way is to log in from a desktop or laptop computer and update your details directly. Doing it this way means that the address on your account will be updated immediately.

Important: You will be unable to use this method if you are not yet registered for online banking, locked out, or have forgotten your password. This is because the registration and password reset mechanisms rely on sending a text message to your phone.

By Completing the Form

If you are not registered or are unable to log in to online banking, you'll need to complete our online form. Click here to get started. This will send us your details, and a member of the team will be in touch within 1-2 working days to confirm that your details have been updated.

By Emailing Us

You can email us your request at help@creditunion.co.uk. To update your address, we need proof of your new address dated within the last two months. This can be a copy of the Council Tax, energy bill, tenancy agreement or a water bill. The document needs to show your full name and your new address clearly.

By Visiting the Branch

Please bring proof of your new address along with your ID to the nearest branch.

Once you have submitted your address update request, a team member will reach out to you within 1-2 working days to confirm that we have updated your details.
