Using the Mobile App and Online Banking

Access your balance instantly at any time using the London Mutual Credit Union mobile app or online banking platform. Register with your member details to get secure access from your smartphone or computer.

1. Download the mobile app from your device’s app store or access online banking on our website.
2. Log in using your Member Number and secure password or PIN.
3. Navigate to ‘Accounts’ to view your current, savings, or loan balances at a glance.

Check Your Balance via SMS

For a quick balance check when you’re on the move, simply text 'BAL' to 80011 from your registered mobile number. You’ll get a text reply with your current balance, right at your fingertips.

Check Your Balance at the Cash Machine

If you have a current account and debit card with us, you can use most UK cash machines to check your balance. Be aware—some machines may charge, so using the SMS option is often better.
