Keeping Us Informed

If you move house or change jobs, it's really important that you let us know. This allows us to update your membership record with your correct contact information, which is needed to contact you and for credit referencing purposes.

If you have a loan with us, keeping your details current will also help protect your credit history by making sure that repayments are not interrupted.

Simple Updates

Contact our member services team by phone, visit a branch, or use our online services to update your information. We recommend doing this as soon as possible after any change to avoid complications.
