Paying money in using Pay by Bank

Pay by Bank uses Open Banking technology to create a direct connection between your bank and the credit union. When you choose this payment method, you'll be redirected to your bank's own secure login page where you can authorise the payment.

Making a Payment

To pay money into your membership account using Pay by Bank:

  1. Visit our secure payment page here
  2. Select 'Make a One-Off Payment'
  3. Select 'Pay into my account'
  4. Type the amount to pay in and all other required information
  5. Select 'Pay by Bank' as your payment method
  6. Choose your bank from the list of supported providers
  7. Enter the amount you wish to transfer
  8. You'll be redirected to your bank's secure login page
  9. Authorise the payment using your usual banking credentials
  10. Receive confirmation that your payment has been processed

Security

Pay by Bank is regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority and uses the same security standards as your online banking. Your banking credentials are never shared with the credit union, and each payment requires your explicit authorisation.
