No, our card provider does not currently allow members to change the PIN assigned to their new VISA cards. However, you can easily view your assigned PIN by logging into your Online Banking App with us.
This policy is in place to enhance security and reduce the risk of fraud. By keeping PINs assigned and securely stored within the banking app, we ensure that only the account holder can access and use their card safely. If you ever forget your PIN, you can retrieve it at any time through Online Banking without the need for a PIN reset.
