This article explains how to submit documents for a loan application. You can either watch a short video that walks you through the process or read on for step-by-step instructions.
Overview
After submitting your loan application, you’ll be taken directly to our document upload page, where you’ll see a list of all the documents we need to complete your application.
If you don’t have everything ready right away, don’t worry. We’ll email you a secure link so you can return and upload the documents later. We’ll also send regular reminders to help you stay on track.
Submitting your documents
Before uploading, make sure each document is clear, readable, and includes all the required information.
As you complete each step, including Open Banking, the status next to each item will change from ‘Upload now’ or ‘Complete now’ to ‘Submitted’.
When everything has been uploaded and completed, be sure to click the ‘Submit’ button to finalise the process.
We’ll contact you by SMS or email with an update once your application progresses to the next stage.
