After you apply for Membership, it can take up to two weeks to set everything up. Thank you for waiting.
As soon as everything is ready, we will send you a welcome email. This email will contain your membership number and instructions for how to access and pay into your credit union account. If you have applied for a current account with us, your card and PIN will be posted to your home address.
If it has been more than two weeks you haven't heard from us, please contact us. Our help desk team will be available to assist you with your membership enquiries between 9-5 Monday to Friday.
