Via Online Banking
If you are already registered for online banking, the fastest way is to log in from a desktop or laptop computer and follow the instructions below. Doing this way means that the mobile number on your account will be updated immediately.
Important: You will be unable to use this method if you are not yet registered for online banking, locked out or have forgotten your password. This is because the registration and password reset mechanisms rely on sending a text message to your phone.

If you are not registered or are unable to log in to online banking, you'll need to complete the form below. This will send us your details, and a member of the team will be in touch within 1-2 working days to confirm that your details have been updated.
