Any member can register for our mobile app and online banking tools. These make it simple to add and manage payees and to set up one-off or regular payments from your account.
If You Can't Use Online Banking
If for some reason you are unable to use our online banking tools, you will need to either visit a branch or send a request via email to email@example.com. The transfer requested by email will take 5 working days to process.
Please bear in mind that for security reasons, it is not possible to make a request to pay someone new via email.
We can only accept payment requests via email if:
- You have sent money to them previously
- Their account details are registered on your account.
To pay someone new, you will need to either visit a branch or add them as a new payee via online banking.
