Complaining to the Financial Ombudsman Service

If you are not satisfied with the outcome of our own Formal Complaints process, you are entitled to contact the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS).

The Financial Ombudsman is an independent body, set up by the UK government, whose role is to sort out complaints between financial businesses and their customers.

You can find out more about how their process works, and how to complain here.

Please remember that complaints can only go to the Ombudsman after you have complained to us directly and we have had the opportunity to investigate and offer a solution.
