Online shopping and contactless payments mean many of us enter our PINs less regularly. This makes it easier to forget.
How to Request a PIN Reminder
If you forget your PIN, you can get a reminder. Simply log in to your Online Banking App to retrieve your PIN reminder from the Card Management section.
Receiving a Reminder via the Post
We cannot send you a PIN reminder via the post any more. If you need a PIN reminder by post, we would need to block your existing card and issue you a new one with a new PIN.
You can continue using your card to make contactless purchases, which don't require a PIN. The contactless limit has increased to £100.
If Someone Else Knows Your PIN
If you have written your PIN down somewhere and lost it or suspect that someone else may have access to your card details for any other reason, you must let us know immediately by calling our Helpdesk line 02037731751 (24 hours/7days a week). We can cancel or suspend your card and issue you a new one.
You can put a temporary block on your card via the Online Banking App.
