At London Mutual, our usual working hours are:
- Monday—Friday: 09:30am - 4:30pm
- Saturday & Sunday: Closed
- Bank Holidays: Closed
During these hours our team will be working hard to process your application, responding to incoming support requests, and available via our support channels.
Within working hours, we aim to process loans, current account and membership applications and respond to support requests within certain timeframes. Please bear in mind that these are goals, and that during busier periods, things can take longer:
- Loan Applications: 7 - 10 working days (check the Loan tracker for an estimated completion date)
- Membership Applications: 5 -7 working days
- Support Requests via Email or Contact form: First response within 3 hours during working hours, resolution within 1.5 working days.
When We are Closed
Outside of working hours, staff is unavailable to answer queries or respond to requests, and in most cases, will not be able to begin dealing with them until the next available working day. You may be able to find an answer to your question in the Help Centre.
Lost & Stolen Cards
If your debit card is lost or stolen, you should let us know as soon as possible. Our Lost & Stolen helpline is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year on 03300882747.
Support agents will be unable to help with any other queries.
