No they won't. Your privacy and financial confidentiality is extremely important to us, and the information we share with your employer is limited to:
- Your name and payroll number (so they can identify you)
- The amount to deduct from your salary (to be paid into your credit union account).
Under no circumstances will we share any additional information with your employer such as your reasons for the salary deduction, account balances, account activity or repayment history.
Your employer is unable to tell whether the deduction is being made to repay a loan, is going into your savings, or anything else—only that you have requested for a particular amount of money to be deducted and paid into your credit union account.
