How long it takes for deposits to arrive in your credit union account

Understanding when your money will be available helps you plan your finances effectively. Below are the typical processing times for different deposit methods at our credit union.

Bank Transfers

Most bank transfers are processed immediately, though some may take up to two hours. While Faster Payments typically provides quick transfers, same-day clearance isn't guaranteed. Transfer times vary by country, with international transfers requiring 2-7 working days due to security protocols.

Salary Deduction

Salary deductions appear in your account between 1 week to 1.5 months after setup. Processing time depends on your employer's submission and payment timing. This isn't an immediate transfer method.

Direct Debits to Savings Account

We collect Direct Debits on the 1st, 15th, 20th, and 25th of each month from your external bank account. These deposits clear within 3 working days.

Pay By Bank

Funds deposited via Pay By Bank clear within 2 hours of processing.

Debit Card Payments

Debit card deposits to your savings account clear the next working day after 3 pm.
