Checking your balance often is one of the single best things you can do to keep on top of your money.

Via Online Banking and Mobile App
Getting registered for online banking takes a few minutes, but once it's set up on your mobile phone, it makes checking your balance easy. Once you are registered, you will be able to see a summary of all of your accounts on the home screen, including the amount left to repay on any loans you have with us.
By SMS Text
If the mobile number on your account is up-to-date, you can get a quick reminder of the balance of all your accounts, including the amount left to repay on any loans you have with us. Simply text BAL to 80011 from your mobile.
At a Cash Machine
If you have a current account and a debit card with us, you can also use most UK cash machines to check your balance. Depending on your type of account, you may be charged for this service, but, so it's better to send a text if you can.
