We're sorry to see you go, but we understand that plans change. To cancel your membership with us, please email firstname.lastname@example.org, letting us know:
- Your full name, postal address, member number, and email address
- Whether you want to cancel your entire credit union membership or just one of your accounts.
- Where to transfer any remaining funds left in your account(s) - If you're registered for online banking, please transfer all the funds first before emailing us. We will only be able to transfer the remaining balance to the external account, which is already registered in our system.
Once your Membership is fully closed, we will email you the confirmation or any other information we may need in order to close it.
We would also value any feedback on why you are closing your accounts, so as a final stage we will email you a short survey to complete, which will help us to improve our services and products.
