Every member of London Mutual Credit Union has a unique 8-digit member number which was given to you when you joined.
You'll sometimes need this number when applying for a loan or a current account, registering for online banking, or when speaking to one of our team over the phone.
Where to Find It
Your membership number is on the letter we sent you when you joined, and may also appear on statements or other letters we send you.
Getting a Reminder
Can't find it? Not a problem. You can use our SMS service to get an instant reminder by text.
- Text memnum to 60060 from the mobile number registered on your account
- You'll receive a text message back within a few seconds containing your member number
Not working?
There are several reasons why getting your member number by text may not be working:
- If you are currently abroad or somewhere with a weak mobile signal, the text message may take some time to arrive. Please allow up to 30 minutes, or move to a location where you know your phone can receive texts.
- The mobile number you texted from may be different from the one registered on your account. If so, you'll either need to use your old mobile phone, or contact us in order to update the mobile number on your account.
