Every member of London Mutual Credit Union has a unique 8-digit member number, which was given to you when you joined. Your membership number is essential for managing your accounts, making transactions, and accessing our online and mobile banking services.

On your welcome letter

When you first joined London Mutual Credit Union, you received a welcome letter by post or email. This letter includes your unique membership number. Search your documents or inbox for this correspondence as your first step.

Get a reminder by text

Can't find it? Not a problem. You can use our SMS service to get an instant reminder by text.

  1. Text memnum to 60060 from the mobile number registered on your account
  2. You'll receive a text message back within a few seconds containing your member number

Other ways to get a membership number reminder

If you cannot find your number or your mobile isn’t registered, contact us on 0203 773 1751 (option 4). The line is open Monday to Friday, from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
