Before we can make a decision on your loan application, we need you to upload some documents as proof of your income and financial situation.
The documents we need will depend on your current employment situation and the amount you are looking to borrow. The list below will give you an idea of what to expect, though sometimes we may ask for additional information or documents as well. If we need anything else, we will let you know by email.
If You are Employed
- Your most recent payslip
- Two months of recent bank statement showing your salary
If you are serving in the Armed Forces, we will also ask you for.
- A copy or screengrab of your Engagement Expiry Date from the Personal and Service details summary from your online JPA account.
If You are Unemployed or Retired
- Two months of recent bank statements showing your benefits coming in
- A breakdown of your universal credit for the current month.
