Any member of London Mutual Credit Union can register for and use our online banking.
The first time you use online banking, you will need to register. This process allows us to check that you have an account with us, and to set up the password you'll use to log in.
For the registration process to work, you'll need the following.
-
An up-to-date mobile number on your account
As part of the registration process, we will send you a verification text (SMS) to the mobile number registered with your account. If your number is not up to date, you will need to contact us to update it before you can register for Digital Banking.
-
An active membership
If you've just joined us, it can take up to 10 days to get everything ready. Once this process is complete, we will send you a letter with your membership number. You'll need this to register, so please be patient and wait for it before attempting to register.
-
A compatible phone or tablet
The Mobile App is designed to work on any iOS 10 or Android 7 device or newer. Generally, this means that if your phone is less than 4 years old, you shouldn't have any problems.
Online banking can be accessed via a web browser on any internet-connected desktop or laptop PC, as well as some tablets.
