Visa Secure and small change to 3DS Screens

Enhanced Online Security with Visa Secure

When making certain online purchases with your new card, you'll see a Visa Secure page requesting two pieces of information for added security. The page will ask for an SMS One-time Password, which we'll send to your registered mobile number, and your 'Personal Static Password'.

As of the 6th of March, the screens have changed slightly, and the other change is that the “Static password” is now labelled as “3DS password”.

Understanding Your 3DS Password

It is still the same as previously: the first 6 digits of your Telephone Banking password. This makes it easy to remember since you're already familiar with your telephone banking credentials.

For example, if your Telephone Banking password is 'Peckham123', your Personal Static Password would be 'Peckha'. Just take the first six characters from your existing password.
