If your loan agreement doesn't arrive

We understand how important it is to receive your loan agreement promptly and to be able to sign it easily. If you haven't received your agreement or you're having trouble signing it, please don't worry - we're here to help you sort this out quickly.

Why you might not have received your e-agreement

Your loan agreement might not have arrived because it was sent to an old email address, your email provider has put it in your spam folder, there was a technical issue when we sent it, or we might be waiting for additional information from you before we can send it.

If you can't sign your agreement

You might have trouble signing if you're trying to sign electronically but the system isn't working properly, you don't have access to the right technology, you have a disability that makes electronic signing difficult, or you simply prefer to sign paper documents.

What to do right away

Contact us as soon as possible so we can check what's happened and help you get your agreement. You can call us on 0203 773 1751, visit us at Peckham or the Elephant & Castle Branch, or email us at help@creditunion.co.uk. When you contact us, please have your Membership number ready if you have it.

How we'll help you

We'll check whether your agreement was sent and where it went, resend it immediately if needed, help you access it if it's in your spam folder, or arrange for you to sign it in a different way that works better for you. We can provide paper copies, arrange for you to sign at our branch, or help you with electronic signing if you're having technical difficulties.

Your rights

You have the right to receive your loan agreement in a format you can understand and sign. We're committed to making this process as easy as possible for you, regardless of your technical skills or accessibility needs.
