Signing your loan agreement online

This short guide will walk you through how to review and sign your loan agreement electronically.

Step-by-step instructions

1. Check your email, including spam or junk folders. Look for an email from us. If you don't see it in your inbox, check your spam or junk folder as sometimes emails can end up there.

2. Open the email and review the agreement. The email will have your loan agreement attached. This document includes the amount you're borrowing, the APR or interest rate, and the repayment schedule showing how many months you'll be repaying.

3. Click the signing link. In the middle of the email, there's a link to sign the agreement. Click it and follow the prompts that appear on your screen.

4. Enter your details. You'll be asked to fill in your full name, your signature, and the date. Take your time to make sure everything is correct.

5. Submit the agreement. Once you've completed everything, tap 'Submit' to send it back to us.

What happens next?

As soon as we receive your signed agreement, we'll start processing your loan further. The funds will be transferred to your chosen bank account within two working days.

If you have any problems with signing online or need help at any stage, please contact us, and we can arrange alternative ways to sign your agreement. Call us on 0203 773 1751 (option 4) if you need help or have any questions.
