We're getting in touch to let you know about an urgent change to your London Mutual Credit Union Teen account. We sincerely apologise for the short notice.
What's happening?
Due to circumstances beyond our control, your current debit card will stop working from this Saturday 22 February 2025. Unfortunately, our new card provider is unable to provide debit card services for members under 18 years old.
Why is this happening?
Unfortunately, our new card provider, Enfuce, has informed us at short notice that they will be unable to provide debit card services for members under 18 years old.
As we have previously advised, this Saturday all current account members will be moving to a new Visa Debit card. You may have received a new card already in error. Unfortunately, this new card will not work.
What happens next?
We are working urgently with the card provider to find a solution, and expect to do so over the next 4-6 weeks. However until then, you will be unable to use a debit card with your account.
