Understanding Your Card's Expiry Date
Don't worry - it's completely normal for cards to expire! You'll find your expiry date on the front of your card in MM/YY format. Once that month passes, your card will stop working in stores and online, but we've got you covered with a replacement.
Getting Your New Card
We'll send your replacement card several weeks before your current one expires, directly to your home address. Please keep us updated if you move!
Your new card may come with a fresh PIN sent in a separate letter. Sign and activate your new card as soon as it arrives using the included instructions. Once you start using it, your old card will stop working automatically. Remember to cut up and safely dispose of your old card.
If Your Card Has Already Expired
Your card works until the last day of its expiry month. After that, payments will be declined even if you have money in your account - this is normal and just means the card has expired.
